Welcome to the web site of the network designer, an interactive web-based tool for quantitative network design. This software was developed within IMECC's network design activity. IMECC is an Integrated Infrastructure Initiative (I3) under the Sixth Framework Programme of the European Commission. The activity was a joint effort of FastOpt, Hamburg, LSCE, Paris and QUEST, Uni-Bristol. IMECC has finished in September 2011. The network designer is being maintained and developed further.
